Description

Super easy, takes no time at all, and you can use whatever fruit you prefer!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Sugar Cookie Mix (I Like Betty Crocker In The 17 Ounce Bag)
  • Additional Required Ingredients Specified On The Cookie Mix Package (typically Butter And Egg)
  • 3 cups Fat Free Cool Whip, Thawed
  • 1 cup Strawberry Yogurt, NOT The Fruit On The Bottom Kind
  • 1 cup Strawberries, Sliced In Half
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • ½ cups Blueberries
  • 1 cup Green Grapes, Cut In Half
  • ½ cups Granola

Preparation

Prepare the sugar cookie dough according to package directions. The one I use calls for 1 stick of softened butter (I use unsalted) and 1 egg. Press cookie dough onto a greased pizza pan. I cheat and buy the disposable foil ones. Bake at 350 degrees F. Check frequently, it has never taken longer than 7 minutes to bake!

While crust is cooling, mix Cool Whip and strawberry yogurt. I generally only use 1/2 of the mixture on the pizza, but I love having the extra mixture on hand at home for the leftover fruit the next day! Prep the fruit also.

When the crust is cooled completely, spread the Cool Whip mixture on it. Arrange the fruit however you want!

Chill until ready to serve! Then sprinkle the granola on top.

The first time I made this . . . 3 of my girlfriends and I ate the entire thing…and it makes a decent sized pizza!
