Description

This is the quickest and easiest fruit cobbler. Only 3 ingredients and 35 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Fruit, Such As Strawberries, Peaches, Cherries, Etc.
  • 1 box (18 1/4 Oz. Size) White Or Yellow Cake Mix
  • 12 ounces, fluid Sprite Or 7-Up

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Then grease an 8″ or 9″ cake pan.

Slice fresh fruit and place in the bottom of the greased pan.

In a bowl, empty the cake mix and fold the soda into the cake mix, being careful not to lose all the carbonation. Then spread over the top of the fruit.

Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 30 minutes, if you can!

Enjoy.
