Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and set aside.
Combine vegetable oil, tahini and 1/2 cup powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Add dry ingredients slowly and mix well.
Take out about 1 teaspoon of dough and roll it between your palms into balls. Arrange balls on baking sheet, spacing 1 inch apart. Bake cookies until slightly golden, about 10-15 minutes. Cool cookies 20 minutes on baking sheet.
Serve with a generous dusting of remaining powdered sugar. You can store cookies in an airtight jar for up to 1 month.
