Description

Here is a sweet and salty snack for the holiday.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Golden Grahams Cereal
  • 16 ounces, weight Pretzel Sticks (or Peanuts)
  • 24 ounces, weight Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 12 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt

Preparation

1. Spray a bowl or cake pan with nonstick spray.
2. Pour in the cereal and pretzels/peanuts.
3. Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave or if you have a fancy pants double boiler, you can use that instead.
4. Cover the crunches in the bowl with the chocolate and toss well.
5. Get a cookie sheet and line it with some waxed or parchment paper.
6. Spread chocolate mess on the cookie sheet.
7. Lightly salt with sea salt. (If you really like salt and chocolate like I do, add more salt.)
8. Melt the white chocolate.
9. Drizzle over the chocolate mess that you have created.
10. Stick it in the fridge for about 20 minutes until hard, then break up and put in an airtight container.

I have no idea how long it will last, because it disappears rather quickly in my house!
