Preparation

Melt 1 stick of butter (real butter) in a 9 x 9 baking pan or glass dish, then pour batter into pan onto the melted butter. Do not mix it up.

I make this recipe alot. An older lady gave my mom this recipe years and years ago except she called it Poor Boy Pie. I love the peach version and my husband loves it made from blackberries. Very easy and very good, especially when warm.
