Description

French-Canadian sugar pie… Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Pie Crusts, Prepared And Unbaked, Your Favorite Recipe Or Store Bought
  • ¼ cups Flour
  • 3 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 can 370 Ml Evaporated Milk
  • 1  Egg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a rack at the top and another at the bottom of the oven.

Put one pie crust into each of two pie dishes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and the brown sugar.

Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and the evaporated milk. Mix well.

Add the egg and mix well.

Split the filling between the pie crusts.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes on the top rack, then decrease the temperature to 350°F and bake the pies on the bottom rack of the oven for 35 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
