Delicious sugar cookies that actually hold their shape when you bake them! Perfect for any occasion.
1. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar together until smooth.
2. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.
3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or more, or overnight.
5. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 400ºF.
6. Roll out the cookie dough on a lightly floured surface and cut the cookies into shapes using any cookie cutters. Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
7. Bake for 6-8 minutes (I baked mine for 6 minutes each batch).
8. Enjoy!

I’ve tried many and not been really happy with the outcome….they don’t hold their shape well at all.
I’m going to try these, I really want to have a pretty cookie to paint.
