A giant sugar cookie topped with cream cheese frosting and topped with your favorite fruits! I made this for my little brother’s birthday and it’s 100% kid-approved!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE GIANT COOKIE:
  • 1-¾ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1  Large Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
  • 4 ounces, fluid Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 1-½ cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Confectioners Sugar
  • ¾ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • Your Choice Of Fruits (I Used Bananas, Strawberries, And Kiwi)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs. Add the dry ingredients along with the milk and vanilla and beat until combined.

Press the dough into a In a large 9-inch cake pan. Make sure the top of the dough is even and as smooth as possible. Poke a lot of small holes in on the top of the dough with a toothpick.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and it feels done to the touch. Let cool completely before frosting.

To make the frosting, beat together the cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla, and salt until it forms a smooth mixture. Frost the giant sugar cookie and top with fruit. Enjoy!
