A creamy ice cream made with fresh strawberries, this ice cream can be made in a matter of minutes and no ice cream maker is needed.
Line a bread pan with freezer paper, overlapping the sides.
In a bowl add yogurt and Cool Whip and carefully mix until combined. Add food coloring and lightly fold mixture until pink in color.
Carefully fold in strawberries.
Spoon mixture into bread pan and smooth out the top. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours or overnight.
Carefully lift the paper, let it rest for about 20-30 minutes or until soft. Slice and serve.
Place any leftovers back in the freezer and cover with plastic wrap.

This peanut butter cream pie is made extra yummy by using a chocolate cream base and a meringue topping. It’s a little bit more work than some of the recipes I’ve posted but it is well worth it. And hard as it is to resist, it is best when left to set up and then cool completely in the refrigerator.
