1. In a high-powered blender (works best with a Vitamix or Blendtec blender), blend ingredients until mix is creamy but is also icy.
2. Scoop sorbet into your serving bowls and place into freezer until desired texture is reached.
3. Immediately before serving, dust with matcha green tea powder.
4. Serve and enjoy.
