  • 1 whole Double Crust (top And Bottom)
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • ⅔ cups Flour
  • 3 cups Rhubarb, Cut Into 1/2 Inch Pieces
  • 3 cups Strawberries, Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Preparation

Use your favorite pie crust. You’ll need a bottom and top.

Preheat oven to 425°. Prepare your bottom crust.

Mix sugar and flour in a large bowl. Stir in rhubarb and strawberries. Pour into your prepared pie dish. Cut butter into small pieces and evenly lay pieces over the fruit. Drizzle honey over the top. Cover with the top pastry. Cut slits in the top crust and seal and flute edges.(Or make a decorative design with your top crust.)
