Description

This Strawberry & Peach Smoothie Bowl is everything you’ve ever wanted in a smoothie, plus all sorts of tastiness on the top!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Ripe Peach, Pitted And Sliced
  • 1 whole Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, Halved
  • ¼ cups Rolled Oats, Uncooked
  • ⅓ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Raw Honey
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

Preparation

In a blender, add peach, frozen banana, fresh strawberries, uncooked rolled oats, unsweetened almond milk, raw honey, and ground cinnamon. (While you don’t have to have your banana frozen ahead of time, having it frozen will add more creaminess to your smoothie and will make it so you don’t need to add any ice, which can dilute the flavor.) Blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl. I like to add sliced peach, strawberries, granola, and shredded coconut over the top, but you can use whatever you like. To keep the fruit from sinking, slice very thinly.
