Description

It is springtime and strawberry time is upon us. I had a great run this early morning and came in and took a look at the strawberries in the freezer and knew I needed to use them. I needed something blended and fairly sweet and creamy to quench my thirst. This did the trick

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cups Frozen Strawberries (plain, NOT In Syrup)
  • 5 ounces, fluid Light Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Coffee-mate Instant Creamer Powder (dissolved In The Below Amount Of Hot Water)
  • 1 ounce, fluid Hot Water
  • 1 ounce, fluid Gar-free Torani Strawberry Syrup
  • 3 packages Splenda (individual, Table Size Packets)
  • 3  Big Ice Cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons Fat Free Reddi-Whip

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients except the whipped cream in a blender. Process on high for 30-45 seconds.
2. Pour into a glass and top with Fat Free Reddi-Whip.
