Description

A recipe flop turned recipe win!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • 3  Eggs
  • 3 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Strawberry Extract
  • Red Food Coloring
  • ½ teaspoons Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Cream butter until smooth. Add in sugar and beat until fully combined. Add in eggs one by one and then slowly add in the flour. Then mix in baking powder, vanilla, strawberry extract, food coloring and salt and mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls, place on a lined cookie sheet and cook for 10 minutes. Place on a cooling rack and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
