Note: The cook time above is approximate freezing time.
Puree 2 cups of the strawberries in a blender. Add sugar, lime juice and water and pulse to mix.
Muddle the remaining cup of strawberries by mashing them in a bowl. Add this into the strawberry mixture and stir to incorporate.
At this point you can serve over ice or pour into popsicle molds (recipe makes roughly 10 popsicles).
If you are making popsicles, freeze until set.
