Description

A special ingredient makes these chocolate chip cookies thick, chewy and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 Oz. Package) Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2-¼ cups Flour
  • 1 package (12 Oz. Package) Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375F.

Place your butter, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, vanilla pudding, vanilla extract and eggs into a large bowl and mix until creamy. Gradually add the flour and mix until combined. Add chocolate chips.

I use my small Pampered Chef scoop to place the dough onto my Silpat-lined cookie sheets. Bake for 9–11 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!

Oh wow! Sounds awesome to add the vanilla pudding like that to the cookies. Going to try them out.

My m-i-l has been the family chocolate chip cookie queen for as long as I can remember. This recipe dethroned her! Seriously, my kids crowned me the new queen and have been devouring these cookies. They are really that good!!!

I have to admit that I was skeptical of the pudding mix and messing with my traditional recipe (found on the back of chocolate chips:)…but these were fabulous!! A new favorite! Thanks!
