Description

This is heaven on a plate. Seriously.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Regular Crescent Rolls
  • 2 packages Regular Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Package)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 stick Melted Butter
  • ½ cups Cinnamon/sugar Mixture

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 pan with oil.

Roll out one can of crescent rolls to cover the bottom of the pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over crescent rolls.

Lay second can of rolls over cream cheese mixture. Melt butter, pour over top and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.

Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

This is the easiest….most addictive ….thing to make and eat…not a good combination!
Chill them in fridge (or freezer if you’re impatient) first…soo good!

I made this for CincoDeMayo, my friends LOVED it! It is a super simple recipe. I didn’t use a full stick of butter on the top though. You can also make it ahead of time and put it in the oven while dinner is being served so that it can be served warm! YUMMY!!!

Love this recipe. It’s been a neighborhood fav for severl years now. Anytime we have Mexican night we have Sopapilla Cheesecake. Sooooo good. Also really good with strawberries or any mixed berry combo.
