Description

Soft, thick cookies loaded with rich chocolate and Snickers bars!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cups Brown Sugar
  • 2  Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups All-purpose Flour
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 12  Fun Size Snickers Candy Bars, Unwrapped And Chopped
  • ½ cups White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray two cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add in eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix to combine.
4. Using a wooden spoon, stir in Snickers bars and white chocolate chips. Dough will be stiff. If you don’t mind getting your hands dirty, it works best to just use your hands to bring the dough together.
5. Drop by heaping 1/4 cup full onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges of cookies just start to turn golden brown.
6. Remove pans from the oven and let cookies cool for 3 minutes on the cookie sheet before removing them to a wire rack to cool completely.
7. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
