Description
My version of the classic cookie, but in this case, the cinnamon is in the cookie, instead of on the outside.
Ingredients
- 3-¾ cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- ¼ cups Half-and-half
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoons Cream Of Tartar
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar In The Raw
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except for the Sugar in the Raw.
Roll the cookies into small balls and then roll the cookies into the sugar in the raw.
Press the cookies down just a bit before cooking.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-9 minutes.
