Description

Snickers. Strawberries. Cream cheese. Need I say more? This a perfect summer pie. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 Oz), Chilled
  • ⅓ cups Lemon Juice, Chilled
  • 1 tub Whipped Topping (8 Oz)
  • 3 whole Full-size Snickers Candy Bars (or 12 Fun-size), Diced
  • 1-½ cup Strawberries Hulled And Chopped
  • 1 whole Prepared Graham Cracker Or Oreo Crust (preferably A Larger One)
  • Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping (Optional)
  • Sliced Strawberries For Garnish (Optional)
  • Additional Snickers, For Garnish (optional)

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat until well combined, scraping the bowl as needed. Add the lemon juice and mix. Add the whipped topping and mix until just combined. Using a large spoon, stir in the Snickers and strawberries until incorporated. Spoon into a prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving. When ready to serve, cut into slices and, if desired, serve with hot fudge ice cream topping and additional sliced strawberries and chopped Snickers.

This was a really great dessert! Gread mix of flavors…the guys really liked it…strawberries and chocolate…how can you go wrong. It was really great with a chocolate crust.
