Description

S’mores Pops (a.k.a. “S’mores On A Stick”)—4 ingredients. Minimal prep. Ridiculously fun. :)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10 Oz. Bag) Large Marshmallows
  • 12 ounces, weight Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 package Cinnamon Or Honey Graham Crackers (about 9 Long Crackers)
  • 1 package Lollipop Sticks

Preparation

Begin by twisting the lollipop sticks until they are securely in the middle of the marshmallows. (Insert them on the flat, not rounded, side of the marshmallows. Then push them in until they almost pop through.) Then place the graham crackers in a strong Ziploc bag, and use a rolling pin (or whatever you’d like) to crush them until they are finely ground. Then place them in a small bowl.

Heat the chocolate chips in a double-boiler or (carefully!) in the microwave until they are melted and somewhat runny.

While holding the stick, carefully dip a marshmallow in the chocolate mixture until completely covered. Then gently roll the sides and top of the marshmallow in the graham cracker crumbs until they are well-coated. Place on a plate or on waxed paper to let cool and dry. Repeat with remaining marshmallows.

I saw this and couldn’t resist making them. But being at college, I didn’t have access to lollipop sticks. So I just dipped them halfway into chocolate and then in the graham crackers, so they were little handheld bites of deliciousness! Even my two guy friends (we’re 21 and 22 years old) got into it! Thanks so much for the idea, I’ll be making these over the holidays on the sticks.

These are too cute. And they look delish! My kids have the whole week before Christmas off from school, when I plan on doing some fun things for them. I think we may try these!

Thanks for posting the recipe!
