Description

I don’t even like banana pudding and I like this pudding. I don’t even like pudding and I like this pudding. Ok, I like pudding, but only chocolate pudding.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 14 ounces, fluid Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 5 ounces, weight Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip, Thawed, Divided
  • 11 ounces, weight Nilla Wafers
  • 4 whole Bananas, Sliced

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth with a hand mixer. Add vanilla pudding mix, milk and vanilla. Blend well. Fold in half the Cool Whip. In a trifle bowl, layer Nilla wafers, bananas, pudding. Repeat. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight and serve.
