Description

Delicious peanut butter pie, made skinny!

Ingredients

  • 5 Tablespoons Lower Fat Cream Cheese
  • ⅓ cups Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (creamy)
  • ½ cups Powdered Sugar
  • 8 ounces, weight Light Cool Whip Topping
  • 1 whole Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 dash Caramel Sauce, For Garnish

Preparation

1. Put cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and whipped dessert topping in a stand mixer. Mix until smooth.
2. Pour into a graham cracker pie crust.
3. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
4. Cool for at least a few hours and serve cold!
