Cupcakes skinny-fied!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Box Of Vanilla Cake Mix
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cups Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Cooking Spray
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients (except the cooking spray). Mix until batter is smooth.
Line a 12-count cupcake pan with cupcake liners and give them a coat of cooking spray. Transfer the batter into each liner and bake for 15-20 minutes.
