Description

If you are one of those (like me) who lives in a place where McDonald’s doesn’t sell these refreshingly minty March treats, fret no more! You CAN make your own!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1-¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ teaspoons To 1/2 Teaspoons Teaspoon Mint Extract
  • 9 drops Drops Green Food Coloring
  • _____
  • OPTIONAL PRETTY STUFF:
  • Chocolate Syrup, To Decorate Glass
  • Whipped Cream For Topping
  • Green Sugar, For Decoration

Preparation

1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and yummy.
2. Drizzle some chocolate syrup around your glass.
3. Pour Shamrock Shake into the glass.
4. Top with whipped cream and green sugar.
5. ENJOY!!

Have always looked forward to March when I could get the shamrock shakes at McDonalds, now I don’t have to wait for March, these are wonderful!! Will make again real soon.

We have Shamrock Shakes at McDonald’s!! They are soooo gooood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m sorry about this but at least you found a way to enjoy this good shake:)

LOL,…my husband would LOVE this. He can not get over that they don’t sell them where we live! Every March we see the commercials and I know for the next two weeks, I’ll have to listen to him moan and complain and sigh in frustration… So when I read this, I had to laugh and then comment!
