In a large bowl, beat together the avocado, applesauce and almond milk until very smooth and creamy. Add the coconut sugar and maple syrup. Add the vanilla and mix until very smooth. Add the baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and flour together and mix until just incorporated. Add the chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into a greased 7×11 or 9×9 baking dish. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes for the 7×11 dish or 40-50 minutes for the 9×9 dish. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
Note: These brownies are very dense and fudge-like! They are not super chewy and they have a very moist texture. Please do not overbake!
