Seriously even better than I imagined. I went ahead and reduced the white sugar to almost 1/2 a cup to make up for the added sweetness of the graham crackers. I also didn't have hershey bars on hand, so I just increased the amount of chocolate chips (normal semi-sweet). Cookies were rich and wonderfully delicious. :) Thank you! Needless to say, today was that day and these cookies are AMAZING. She did mention that she overcooked a batch or two a little after doing the tango with pulling out the cookies and then putting them back in. I would have NEVER, EVER noticed though because these cookies are beyond delish! They will be a fall favorite in my house for years to come. Not as pretty as yours, but probably just as yummy. They're SUPER rich. I did find them to be a tad stressful to make with an 8month old crawling around needing my attention, who was supposed to be napping.
