These cookies are flourless, made with a nutty almond butter, slightly sweet from the combination of sugar and brown sugar, with a rustic feel from the gluten-free oats. Add dark chocolate cocoa powder for a cookie that is gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside!

Adapted from a Nigel Slater recipe, these sweet little buttery shortbread cookies come alive with the flavour of rosemary.

My nine year old made these cookies on a rainy day and the entire family gobbled them right up! We didn’t even bother to pretend we were at a campout!

These are wonderful. Very rich and buttery. A chocolate lovers delight. Makes one’s taste buds stand up and sing a chorus Hallelujah! Be sure to have plenty of milk on hand when eating.

I made these last night and they are beyond words.
The trick is baking them just long enough so that when you put the marshmallows on top, the cookie doesn’t get too “done” and the marshmallows have enough time to turn golden brown. Ah magical cookies. These are my new favorite cookie. For real, people.

I just made these and they are awesome! Pulled the first cookie sheet out of the oven and could hardly get the cookies off. I tore them up so bad I just let everyone “have at it”. For the others I lightly greased my cookie sheets and they came off just fine. Be careful with these, they are addicting.
