Description

The chocolate chip cookie just met a s’more and it was true l-o-v-e.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
  • ¾ cups Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • ½ cups Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • ½ cups Chocolate Chips
  • 2 packages Graham Crackers 3.8 Oz Each (I Like Trader Joe's ) Broken In Half
  • 3 whole Hershey's Bars, (2 Oz Each) Broken Into Squares

Preparation

In the bowl of a stand up mixer cream butter, yogurt and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time mixing in between. Add in vanilla and mix well. Set aside.

In a medium bowl mix together flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

Add dry ingredients into wet mixture. Combine well.

Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Chill for 20 minutes. At the same time preheat oven to 375 F.

In 2 Silpat lined baking sheets place graham cracker halves. Line them up so they are touching. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto the top of each half.

Bake 5 minutes. Remove pans from oven and place a Hershey’s square on top of each. Bake for an additional 6 minutes or until dough is golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool complete before cutting into squares.

These are best on the first day of baking! Enjoy!
