Perfect combo of campfire treat and fudgy brownies!
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add in 1/2 cup melted butter and mix until combined.
Once all crumbs are moistened, pat into a foil lined 9×13 pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until nice and golden in color.
In small saucepan, melt the remaining 1/2 cup butter, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder over medium low heat until smooth. Once thoroughly melted, take off heat and stir in remaining 1 cup of sugar. Add eggs, one by one, stirring constantly. Then mix in the vanilla.
Slowly mix in the dry ingredients (baking powder, flour, and salt) and stir until just combined.
Pour over the cooled graham cracker crust and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Once brownies done, pour marshmallows all over the top in a single layer. Place pan back in the oven just until toasted on top. Make sure to watch because this happens quickly!
Remove from oven and sprinkle with the graham pieces. Gently push them into the marshmallow goo—do this carefully, it’s hot! Let cool before cutting if you can!
