Description

Delicious s’mores meets your favorite blondie for the ultimate summer treat!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE BLONDIES:
  • 1 stick Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¾ cups Dark Chocolate Chips
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
  • ¼ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8×8 dish with Baker’s Joy.

In a medium bowl, combine butter and brown sugar and mix until well combined. Add in the egg and vanilla; mix to incorporate. Mix in the flour, salt, powdered sugar and baking powder. Stir until everything comes together. Add in dark chocolate chips and stir. Spread batter into the baking dish and bake for 25-28 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out almost clean.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs together and set aside. Take blondies out and top with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumb mixture. Put back into the oven and turn on the broiler (low setting if you have it). Patiently watch while marshmallows and crumbs brown, about 2 minutes .Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Cut and serve.
