Description

This scrumptious fruit tart is loaded with yummy juicy fruits in an array of colors. It’s easy to make and makes an impressive dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (1 Lb 1.5 Oz) Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix Or Your Favorite Homemade Sugar Cookie Dough Recipe
  • Additional Required Ingredients Specified On The Cookie Mix Package (typically Water, Eggs And Oil)
  • 1 box (5.1 Ounce) Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix Or 2 Cups Homemade Custard
  • 2-¼ cups Milk For Pudding Mix
  • 10 pieces Ripe Strawberries Sliced
  • 11 ounces, weight Dole Mandarin Oranges
  • 3 whole Bananas, Peeled And Sliced
  • 3 whole Kiwis, Peeled And Sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper.

Make your sugar cookie dough according to package instructions. Then roll it into a ball. Pat the dough into a circle on the pizza pan, leaving about a 1/4 inch edge between the dough and the pan, to allow the cookie dough to spread while baking.

Bake cookie at 350 F for about 10-12 minutes until cookie begins to turn golden brown around edges. When done, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan.

Make your pudding according to package instructions while cookie cools. Let your pudding cool until ready to spread onto cookie.

Once the cookie and custard are cool, spread the custard across the top of the cookie.

Arrange sliced fruit over the custard, starting from the center of the cookie crust. Slightly layer the fruit. Use small fruits like blueberries to fill in empty spots where custard is exposed.
