Rich, chocolaty cookies loaded with peanut butter chips and sprinkled with sea salt!
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line cookie sheets with a baking mat or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and baking cocoa.
3. Using a mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in peanut butter chips.
4. Drop cookie dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cookies just start to set. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets before removing to wire racks. Store in an airtight container.

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
