Little chocolate confections that include a hint of rum and dusted in a blanket of snow. The perfect holiday treat to serve on your cookie buffet or to make for an upcoming cookie exchange.
In a large bowl stir together vanilla wafer crumbs, chopped pecans, 1 cup confectioner’s sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder. Stir in rum and corn syrup until blended. Shape in to 1” balls and roll in remaining 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar.
Store in a tightly covered container.
