A signature dessert I came up with while waitressing at a restaurant on a working dude ranch. Not much to look at but it was the most requested dessert there. Chocolate, melted chocolate and more chocolate–and ice cream! Yum! This is my first recipe to submit to Tasty Kitchen.
Combine first 4 items and bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cut into 6 equal brownies. Let cool in pan for 30 minutes.
Remove each brownie and turn upside down. Put 4 kisses in the middle and just ball it up with your hands so that the kisses are inside. Heat “roadapple” for about 45 seconds in microwave. Serve with ice cream and chocolate syrup drizzled over the top. If you have made your brownies large, you have dessert for two. Or not!
