Description

These taste just like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Super easy and delish. Everyone will love you for making these.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1-¼ cup Peanut Butter, Creamy, Divided
  • 1 cup Butter, Unsalted And Melted
  • 1-½ cup Milk Chocolate Chips

Preparation

In a medium bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, 1 cup of the peanut butter and the melted butter. Mix with a hand mixer until combined. The mixture will look lumpy. Spread evenly in the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 dish.

In a bowl over simmering water (water should never touch the bowl), melt the remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter with the chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter mixture in the dish. Spread evenly to cover all edges.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cutting and serving. Overnight is better.

Serves 20-24 and can easily be doubled by cutting smaller pieces.

Enjoy!

These really are excellent! They are so good, but not super sweet. You do need to keep them chilled or they become a little soft. My husband isn’t much of a candy eater, and he loved them. Thanks for the great recipe!
