What you get when you cross trifle, cheesecake, pie, and red velvet cupcakes. Delicious!
1. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter. Lightly press into a 6 cup bowl or trifle dish. Set aside
2. Cream together the cream cheese and the sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Fold in the whipped topping.
4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crumbs. Top with 1 3/4 cups of the cake crumbs. Spread the remaining cheese mixture over the cake, then sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
5. Cover and refrigerate several hours, or overnight.
To serve: scoop into 6 bowl and serve with a little whipped cream if desired
