Description

This “fruit crisp” is similar to apple crisp, only raw! Enjoy it as an afternoon snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Apple
  • 4 whole Strawberries
  • ¼ cups Orange Juice
  • ¼ cups Pecans
  • ¼ cups Raisins
  • ¼ cups Granola
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon

Preparation

First, core and chop the apples. Next, cut your strawberries. Place the fruit in a bowl or dish and cover them with the orange juice.

Toss until the fruit is completely covered with a little bit of juice.

Add the rest of the toppings and you’re done!

This was so yummy! I made it for my daughter and I to snack on, and hubby was mad because I didn’t fix one for him!! This is going on the rotation for my daughter’s lunch box! (She pours the granola on at the lunch table) Her teacher is so jealous! Thx!
