		<description><![CDATA[So I made this cake a month or so back.....and I wish I would have found it on Tasty Kitchen as opposed to the other site-which was metric, and I did not have a handy conversion method at the time of making it.  The end result was the cake tasted excellent, but was way too dense (my bad guess at baking soda &amp; powder conversions).  Also, my buttercream didn&#039;t work out:  I think when i added the melted white chocolate to the butter-it caused little bits of hardening, so the end result was kind of chunky buttercream.    The curd was delicious, though!   I&#039;d like to try this again when I am not pressed for time (So how did you get this cake cut into 3 layers without them falling apart?)]]></description>
