Sweet and spicy. A deliciously moist cake that goes perfectly with afternoon tea.

Moist, tender, easy and utterly delicious. The secret ingredient? Coffee ice cream!

This chocolate cake is very moist and decadent. Perfect for any occasion, it’s a double chocolate sensation.
Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!

Wow, this looks fabulous! I am not a fan of raspberries, though. Could I substitute strawberries for the raspberries?

Can you just come over and make this for me? I love everything in this!
Bakermom, I’ll bet you can substitute strawberries just fine.

This looks gorgeous. I was wondering what to bring to our family reunion this weekend. I think this just might be it!

So I made this cake a month or so back…..and I wish I would have found it on Tasty Kitchen as opposed to the other site-which was metric, and I did not have a handy conversion method at the time of making it. The end result was the cake tasted excellent, but was way too dense (my bad guess at baking soda & powder conversions). Also, my buttercream didn’t work out: I think when i added the melted white chocolate to the butter-it caused little bits of hardening, so the end result was kind of chunky buttercream. The curd was delicious, though! I’d like to try this again when I am not pressed for time (So how did you get this cake cut into 3 layers without them falling apart?)

@aquist – It might be easier to bake them in 3 8″ rounds and divide each cake into two layers. Just an idea! This cake looks AMAZING…
