Description

This pie is quick and uses seasonal soft fruits. It’s cool and refreshing and there is never a slice left over!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 containers Plain Yogurt ( 6 Oz)
  • 2 containers Vanilla Yogurt (6 Oz )
  • 1 cup Fresh Soft Fruit Cut Into Cubes (peaches Or Plums Or Strawberries Or Blueberries, Etc)
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • 1 package Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Preparation

Combine the vanilla, yogurts and cup of fresh fruit.

Fold into the Cool Whip. Pour into the graham cracker crust and garnish with a few more slices of the fresh fruit.

Freeze for at least 1 hour. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving. This is so quick and easy!

Hey There milk…. It will be in the cheesecake catergory but with a tiny bit of a bite….. the yogurt is much more fresh and light tasting than the heaviness of cream cheese. Hope you like the recipe! We love it!
