Description

A quick, box cake dessert spiced up with pumpkin and ginger!

Ingredients

  • 1 box (about 18 Oz. Size) White Cake Mix
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Pumpkin
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ¼ cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Ginger Ale

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease an 11×13 pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients until combined. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.

Enjoy with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, or as is!
