Definitely tasty, especially right out of the oven! My baking time was closer to 10 minutes. I also substituted 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and then added the remaining 3/4 cup of white flour. I liked the burst of tart whenever I got a pomegranate granule. But I might use just a little less next time

I had my doubts when I started making these cookies, and so did my husband when I told him what I was making. But ohmygosh were they ever delicious. The combination of chocolate and pomegranate is perfect. Thank you so much for giving me something to do with all those pomegranates sitting on my counter!

WOW!!! This was AMAZINGLY delicious cookie. I did double the recipe and used just one pomegranate and found it to be a nice balance. The pompegranates seem to like to sink to the bottom so be sure to stir throughly.
