Roast peanuts on pan for just 5 minutes. Let cool, then remove skins and grind peeled peanuts roughly in a food processor.
In a pan, roast grated coconut, stirring constantly until fragrant, about 2–3 minutes. Add peanuts, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add condensed milk and mix well untl mixture comes together. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Grease a plate or tray with butter. Place mixture onto the greased surface and platten with a rollin pin or spatula. Immediately cut with a knife into desired shape. Let cool before serving.
