Description

Who doesn’t love peanut butter and chocolate? These brownies are moist and delicious! They are great for entertaining or even just a great snack for the kids. I used nonfat vanilla yogurt for the oil and reduced the sugar so it is a healthy alternative to the regular brownie. A treat you don’t have to feel guilty enjoying!!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ¾ cups Flour
  • ½ cups Cocoa Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Espresso Powder Or Instant Coffee Granules
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¾ cups Nonfat Vanilla Or Plain Yogurt
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients except the peanut butter and pour into a greased 8×8 baking dish. Using a Tablespoon, spoon the peanut butter over the top of the chocolate mixture and using a knife, swirl it through the chocolate mixture. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
