Peanut Butter Kiss Cookiees

Ingredients
- ½ cups Sugar
- ½ cups Brown Sugar
- ½ cups Butter, Softened At Room Temperature
- ½ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- 1-¼ cup Flour
- ¾ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 36 whole Hershey's Chocolate Kisses, Unwrapped
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl using a mixer, mix together sugar, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter and egg until creamy. Set aside.
In another bowl, sift together the dry ingredients (flour through salt) and add it into the peanut butter mixture. Beat until well blended.
Using a cookie scoop place the dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 9-11 minutes.
Take the cookies out of the oven and push the chocolate Kiss into the top of the cookie. Let cookies cool on a cooling rack.
Makes approximately 36 cookies.
