Description

A delicious, moist, rich fudge. This recipe makes about 3 pounds of fudge.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cups Margarine
  • ⅔ cups Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 7 ounces, weight Marshmallow Cream (fluff)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

On high heat mix the sugar, margarine and evaporated milk until you reach a rolling boil. Turn heat to medium heat and boil for 5 minutes.

Take off heat and add the peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add the fluff and vanilla. Stir until well blended.

Pour into a greased 9×9 dish (or whatever size you want, it’ll determine the thickness of the fudge).

Let sit at room temperature until it cools (couple hours at least). Then it’s ready to eat! (I usually cover it and let it sit overnight).
