Description

You’ll want to make this ultra easy decadent fudge all the time! But I’m warning you: it will make any man drop to a knee with a proposal! It’s THAT good.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter (soften)
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pound Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Add butter and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir with a wooden spoon and microwave again for an additional 2 minutes, or until completely melted.

Next, add vanilla extract and stir. Finally, add all the powdered sugar and combine with a wooden spoon until completely incorporated.

Line an 8 x 8 dish with waxed paper, with the sides folding over the edges (this will later help lift out the fudge). Spray with butter cooking spray. Pour in the peanut butter fudge and smooth out the top. Lay another piece of waxed paper on top of the fudge and smooth.

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until desired hardness. Once hardened, lift fudge out by the wax edges and cut into squares.

Note: Please try not to eat it all in one day!

This was so creamy and delicious. It was fast, easy, and even my non-peanut-butter-loving boyfriend that it was excellent.

I really enjoyed this fudge…very creamy and tasty and FAST. Next time, I’ll add a bit more peanut butter while melting and some mini chocolate chips while stirring in sugar. I made two batches during dinner in 15 minutes. I don’t have a microwave so used a double boiler instead (a pot on a burner probably would’ve worked fine too) to melt. I also sifted the powdered sugar because I didn’t want any lumps. For those who buy your powdered sugar in bulk, 1 pound equals about 3 3/4 cups.
