Description

The little ball of heaven is perfect to bring to gatherings. Totally easy and totally addicting.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE BALL:
  • 1 package Nonfat Cream Cheese (8 Oz Package)
  • 1 cup Organic Peanut Butter (I Used Creamy)
  • ¾ cups Honey
  • ½ cups Dark Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cups White Chocolate Chips (or Peanut Butter Chips )
  • FOR DIPPING:
  • 1 whole Apples, Cored And Sliced
  • 1 whole Pear, Cored And Sliced
  • 3 whole Graham Cracker Sheets, Broken Into 4 Pieces Each
  • 2 cups Annie's Naturals Animal Cookies, Alphabet Cookies, Chocolate Grahams, Or Little Scoopers Of Your Liking

Preparation

In a stand up mixer combine cream cheese, peanut butter, and honey. Cream until well mixed, about 3 minutes. Taste and adjust peanut butter and honey as needed.

Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap. Spoon dough into the middle of the plastic wrap. Fold edges tightly over, forming the dough into a ball. Place in freezer for about 1 hour.

Spread the chocolate chips on a plate or work surface. Remove the ball from the freezer and roll the ball in the chocolate and white chocolate chips. Wrap it back up again and freeze until firm, about 30 more minutes.

Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with sliced apples, pears, graham crackers and animal cookies. Enjoy!
