Peanut butter and butterscotch squares with mini marshmallows.
Line a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with baking spray. Set aside.
In a large pot over low heat, add butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips together. Cook until the mixture is melted, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and mix in the mini marshmallows with the peanut butter and butterscotch mixture. Stir everything together and pour mixture into prepared pan.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight). When ready to eat, cut into squares and enjoy straight from the fridge.
